Reporting Complaints

Your opinion matters
We are always looking for ways to improve our services. Of course, you as a patient are at the center of this. Your opinion is therefore very important to us. Do you have a suggestion to improve our service and service? We would love to hear from you.

You have a complaint, what now?
Sorry you have a complaint. We value hearing from you if you are not satisfied. Discuss the complaint with your treating dental hygienist. This can be done either by phone or here in the practice. We always take a complaint seriously and immediately work to resolve your complaint together with you. If we can’t solve it together, you can read here what you can do next.

You can’t resolve the issue with your dental hygienist

If the conversation with your treating dental hygienist has not resulted in a solution, you can contact the SKGE where we as dental hygienists, as well as general practitioners and pharmacists, are affiliated. The Stichting Klachten en Geschillen Eerstelijnszorg (Foundation for Complaints and Disputes Primary Care) is an independent organization that helps both you and us to come to a satisfactory solution.

An independent complaints officer will contact you by phone after you have filled out the complaint form on the website. If you as the complainant and we as the healthcare provider cannot come to a solution with the help of the SKGE officer, you can go to the independent disputes committee and request a binding judgment.

If you prefer to contact us in writing or by phone, here are the contact details:
